This is soba workshop where you can make your own noodles (from 80% or 100% buckwheat flour) and taste it. Yamagata prefecture is famous nationwide for having a lot of noodle shops serving delicious soba noodles, but only a few shops provide you with the opportunity to make soba yourself and eat it on the spot. Please come and experience. You can learn how to make the best soba noodles from scratch.

1 person: ¥3,000 (tax included)

During winter, a separate heating fee of ¥1,000 (tax included) per group will be charged.

※Regarding Cancellations and Changes to Party Size

We arrange staff and prepare buckwheat flour based on the number of guests reserved.

Therefore, cancellations made the day before or on the day of your reservation, or significant changes to party size, may incur a cancellation fee.
